My guided meditation tour was a profound experience. Visiting the temple and interacting with the Buddhist monks was enlightening, despite language differences, thanks to the guide's translations. Meditating in the tranquil jungle setting was rejuvenating, and the monk's teachings were insightful. The flexibility to take breaks and read was appreciated. The vegetarian lunch prepared by a local family was delicious and authentic. The second round of meditation further deepened my practice. Sharing my experience with the monk afterward was invaluable for clarifying insights gained. Highly recommend for anyone seeking spiritual growth and inner peace.
