You will be picked up from your hotel by an Air conditioned vehicle and driven to Yala.

Hop into the Safari Jeep and travel to Yala National Park for an exciting game drive. Yala Park is situated in Sri Lanka's dry zone, made up of scrub jungles, water reservoirs, brackish lagoons, and riverine habitats. It has the highest population density of leopards in the world, and is also home to a herd of 300-350 elephants.

Enjoy a 4-course Lunch at Leopard Nest Campsite with Beer

Leave Campsite and proceed back to your hotel. You will arrive at your hotel approximately at 18:30.

Outstanding tour. Merganser were superb in organising things for us including a few alterations to their normal program that we requested. A very professionally run company - they couldn't have been more helpful. The day itself went very smoothly and we were fortunate to see lots of wildlife, some of it at very close quarters. Our driver/guide looked after us very well. A thoroughly enjoyable day out and extremely good value for money, all things considered. Highly recommended.

As a tour guide as well he speaks very gd English. When I needed to buy local chilli sauce to bring back home he drove to a large supermarket. He also helped me select the brands when I bought chocolates and chips. I had to arrange my time properly as I was heading to multiple locations and Ramesh was always on standby. Henry is steady, approachable, service- oriented, obliging. Very trustworthy and I?m very glad to have had him on this trip to bring me around! Will be back again hopefully with family next round!

This was a great tour. We were picked up directly from the cruise ship and had a full day tour with lunch in the middle. Our driver stopped at various points on the way to Yala to show us wildlife and once in Yala, we had an official guide. We saw lots of elephants, including mothers with their babies, crocodiles, monkeys, a bear, water buffalo and loads of different birds. This is an amazing tour and very good value for money. We were back in plenty of time for the ship. Highly recommend
