Explore the small fishing village of Negombo by Tuk Tuk, a very typical vehicle in Asia. Here you will be able to witness and capture the stunning murals and sculptures. Then visit Angurukaramulla Temple which has a history of 300 years. The highlights of this temple are the historic library; the dragon entrance and the colorful murals which make this place worth visiting. At last you will be transferred to visit St. Mary’s Church, one of the largest cathedrals in Sri Lanka and a quite prominent site which plays a main religious role. Saw quite a few sights in a very period of time.The guide was really friendly and didn't rush ...I was able to take my time and enjoy the beautiful places of worship.The walk along the canal was something I enjoyed as well...
Perfect tour of Negombo with Beyond Escapes. We were picked up right on time at our hotel and went along in Malith?s nicely pimped tuktuk enjoing the latest SriLankan hits (our request).
